Designed for Industry/commercial acquisition professionals specializing in Federal programs, FPM-314: Senior Federal Leadership fully meets the requirements of FAI’s FAC-P/PM Mid-level “Leadership / Professional” Competency and emphasizes many of the topics addressed in the PMBOK® Knowledge Areas of: Communication and Human Resource Management. This Senior Level CAM course provides a framework for the participants to respond to the challenges facing them, their programs and projects, and their organizations in new, more innovative, and more productive ways. Specific topics addressed include:

  • Leading with an Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
  • Creating, communicating, and implementing a Vision for your program or project

  • Students engage in various hands-on, experiential Exercises to emphasize the importance of essential leadership skills, including:

    • Organizational and team structures for optimum performance
