Program Details

The FAC Academy’s FAI-verified Entry Level FAC-P/PM series is offered in an integrated 12-day (96-hour) format, and this 4-course curriculum can be taught either as a series or as individual course offerings.

Entry Level courses focus on the basic concepts, terminology, techniques, and laws/regulations that make up the Federal Program / Project Manager’s critical role in the Federal acquisition process. They show the students both the “big picture” of program and project management, as well as the detailed activities that should be performed in each of the functional disciplines. Exercises and case studies provide students the opportunity to practice the techniques presented in the classroom.

The goal of the Entry Level courses, through the classroom activities and self-assessment tools, is for the students to become more effective and more productive team members upon their return to work.
