Designed specifically for professionals earning their Mid/Journeyman level FAC-P/PM certifications, this course prepares Federal project managers to lead and manage medium-sized, moderate-risk Federal investments. From the initial development of requirements, through systems engineering and total life cycle planning, this course builds on the students’ basic project and risk management knowledge, to enable them to more successfully manage larger Federal investments.  FPM 231 is fully FAI-verified as meeting all OFPP / FAI v2.1 erformance Outcomes for the following training Competencies:  "Requirements Development / Management Processes," "Systems Engineering," "Test & Evaluation," and "Life Cycle Logistics."
